Information we collect

When you use the chart calculator and consent to saving your request, we save your first name, last name, email address, consent choices, the source of the request, the time it was submitted, and the birth details used for the calculation. For a relationship chart, this includes the names, birth dates, times, selected cities, coordinates, and timezones for both profiles when you confirm you have permission to use the other person's information.

Who operates this service

Human Birth Chart is an independently operated service of The Kin Surfers. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any official Human Design organization. The Kin Surfers is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

How we use it

We use your name, email, and saved birth details to calculate and save requested charts, provide service support, send chart-related communication where you consent, prevent abuse, and improve Human Birth Chart. We do not sell your email address or birth details.

Analytics and technical data

Google Analytics and our self-hosted Umami Analytics service load only after you choose "Allow analytics." If allowed, they may process page views, referring pages, approximate location, browser and device details, and other technical request data. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can decline analytics without affecting either calculator and change your choice through "Analytics settings" in the footer. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.

Storage and service providers

Contact details and chart requests are stored in separate, related records in a private, non-public database on our application server. If you save a report, we create a private link containing a random identifier. Opening that link recalculates the chart from the stored birth inputs but does not display the person's name, email address, birth date, birth time, or location. Anyone with the private link can view its anonymous chart, so do not post it publicly. Infrastructure providers, including our hosting provider and Cloudflare, and the analytics providers described above may process limited data while delivering and measuring the website.

Retention

Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Chart inputs and saved-report records are retained while needed to provide saved reports, support requests, prevent duplicate submissions, and meet operational or legal requirements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, except for minimal suppression records used to honor an unsubscribe request.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe through our unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing deletes your contact, chart request, birth-detail, and saved-report records; we retain only the email suppression record needed to honor your choice. If you later submit the free chart form with consent, you subscribe again: the suppression record is removed and new contact and chart records are created without restoring deleted records. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of stored information through our contact page or by messaging The Kin Surfers on Instagram. We may need enough information to verify and process a request.
