Human Birth Chart is an independently operated service of The Kin Surfers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or presented as an official service of any Human Design organization. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Entertainment and reflection only

Charts, reports, relationship comparisons, celebrity pages, interpretations, and readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection. Human Design is not scientifically validated. Nothing on this website is medical, psychological, legal, financial, fertility, pregnancy, or other professional advice.

No guaranteed outcomes

Do not use this website to diagnose a condition, assess a person's factual character, predict an outcome, or replace qualified professional judgment. You remain responsible for your decisions and for checking information that matters to you.

Birth data and permission

You may submit only information you are entitled to use. If you enter another person's birth information, you confirm that you have their permission or another lawful basis to do so. Our handling of submitted information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Saved-report links

Saved-report links use random identifiers and omit names, email addresses, birth dates, birth times, and locations from the displayed report. Anyone who receives a valid link may open its anonymous chart. You are responsible for deciding who receives a saved link.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, disrupt the service, submit unlawful or harmful content, harvest personal information, overload calculator endpoints, or use automated requests in a way that interferes with other visitors. We may restrict access needed to protect the website and its users.

Content and permitted use

You may use reports generated for you for personal, non-exclusive purposes. The Human Birth Chart brand, original website copy, software, layout, and original graphics may not be republished or sold as another service without permission. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party systems, names, trademarks, or material.

Third-party services

The website links to services operated by other organizations, including reading bookings, social networks, analytics providers, and cited sources. Their availability, content, privacy practices, and transactions are governed by their own terms.

Availability and warranties

The website is provided on an "as available" basis. Calculations can be affected by inaccurate birth data, time-zone records, software defects, or service interruptions.
